Wine Tasting

Laconia and Mani have many vineyards and several local wineries produce white and red wines from local varieties.

Half-way between Sparta and Gythion, the Theodorakakos Estate is a family-run organic winery that has been producing wine since the beginning of the 20th century, focusing on local varieties such as Kydonitsa and Mavroudi. The winery is open to the public for tours and wine tasting.
